The first hour is $165 (minimum booking) then $55 per half hour thereafter. These prices are for Joondalup to Mandurah and anywhere in between. If you're outside these areas or you're not sure, no problem send us an inquiry and we will see what we can do.
Hire of the GT Raceway is up to any amount of time with a minimum 1 hour booking. Outside of Joondalup and Mandurah the minimum booking time is 1.5 hours.
Timing schedule example : 12 Racers for 1 hour equals approx 30 minutes for each Racer.
Recommended booking times: 4-7 years, 1-1.5 hours. 8 years and up 1.5 - 2 hours.
Please note there is no maximum number of racers allowed at GT Raceway Party.
On the day we can sometimes extend your booking at your request, just ask the host at the time.
If the venue is outside and you require our Marquee it incurs a $55 surcharge. Please note all outdoor events need to be undercover and it's weather dependent. Refer to the Party Extras for more information.
We arrive 15 minutes prior to the booking time to setup. Please note this comes at no extra cost.
When making a booking we require $110 deposit via bank card, PayPal or bank transfer along with a completed booking form. Once we have these your booking is secure but not until then. The outstanding balance is to be paid on the day at the conclusion of the event using either cash or card.
Please not prices are inclusive of GST and It's advisable to book at least 5 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
